Varietal development
Selecting and developing the tobacco varieties that carry the house character.
Cultivation
Sustainable land management and carefully guided growing in the fields of Jember.
Harvest
Picking leaf by leaf, at exactly the right stage of maturity.
Curing
Air-curing in open barns until the leaf gives up its green.
Fermentation
